Unity Communications

I lead the Marketing team at Unity Communications, an Inc. 5000 recognized fastest-growing company.
In a sea of similarity, Unity stands out in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry due to its commitment to its people, flexible engagement models and exceptional customer support.
As CMO, I lead a cross-functional team of 23 marketers. I created an integrated Marketing strategy that will expand Unity's share of voice across channels, build the brand and grow the business. I designed an org structure to enable efficient plan delivery and expand the team's skillset.

Marketing Strategy & Leadership
I led critical Marketing functions at Ogury, a fast-growing global adtech company. I built and executed regional and global strategies that drove awareness and revenue, consisting of integrated programs, smart sales Marketing, strategic events and much more.
I delivered a full rebrand in less than 3 months. With a shiny new brand, compelling positioning, and a strong story - this company is on the path to continued success.

Project: Cannes Lions
While managing brand creative at Ogury, I partnered with our lead agency to develop a concept for Cannes Lions 2024 to be brought to life in an immersive suite activation. As the largest and most important tentpole event in the advertising industry, it was imperative that the creative was of the highest quality, engaging and on-brand.
The end result was a concept that was the perfect embodiment of the Cannes coast and the Ogury brand.
The activation saw high levels of traffic and engagement, and helped drive business with key customers.

Campaign: Cookieless Cafe
Cookieless Cafe was born to convey Ogury's unique positioning as the leader in cookieless advertising solutions. Launched at Advertising Week NY, the concept was brought to life with an interactive vending machine, rewarding visitors with custom doughnuts and NFTs based on their preferences.
Cookieless Cafe then went on the road to customers, leveraging a branded bike, interactive quiz and custom giveaways to create a memorable impression with our audience.

Initiative: Corporate Social Responsibility
In partnership with Givsly, I developed programs around Earth Day, Back to School, Holiday Gifting and more, driving customer engagement while also cleaning up miles of shoreline, planting hundreds of trees, and feeding those in need.
